3-on-3 Basketball Tournament at Downtown Days… Streets Alive!
Y.E.S Kid’s Fitness is sponsoring a 3-on-3 basketball tournament at the Downtown Days… Streets Alive! festival on Saturday, June 4. The tournament will be held on Douglas Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets starting at 8 a.m.
The tournament will consist of girls and boys brackets in the following categories:
- 12-13 years
- 14-17 years
- 18 years & Up
To register for the tournament or for more information, teams should contact Y.E.S Kids Fitness at 816-246-0058 or visit www.yeskidsfitness.com. Early bird registration ends May 16, but applications will be accepted until June 4. The cost is $60 per team.
Downtown Days… Streets Alive! takes place June 3, 4 and 5, 2011 in historic downtown Lee’s Summit. This family friendly event will feature live entertainment, a carnival, arts & crafts, delicious food and more. New this year Downtown Rotary will feature a sanctioned BBQ contest “Smokin’ on the Summit.”
