The Lee's Summit Historical Society Museum is located in the 1905 train depot in the heart of Downtown Lee's Summit. The museum contains maps, photographs, and artifacts of early Lee's Summit.
Trains still rumble through Downtown Lee's Summit, and the depot now houses the museum and the offices for the Lee's Summit Chamber of Commerce & Lee's Summit Economic Development Council.
PLEASE NOTE: The historic train depot is NOT an active station. The AMTRAK station is located on SW Main Street.
